 In today's volatile healthcare environment, it is even more important than ever for nurses to position themselves to contribute and lead organizations. In order to be a major player in the healthcare market, leaders must have the knowledge, skills and attitudes to take their teams and organizations to the next level.  Our mission is to ensure all learners acquire the skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary to succeed in today's changing healthcare environment. Our classes are designed to assist in the development and retention of RN's, improve RN engagement, improve patient outcomes and efficiency and reduce cost. Classes are recommended for domestic and international nurses, the new graduate nurse and novice/experienced RN who desire to strengthen their clinical and communication skills to be effective in their organizations and personal life. 

 Each consultant has 20-30 years of experience in healthcare or in their area of specialty. We are committed to the success of every student who enrolls in the courses.  The courses are offered once a week for 4 - 5 weeks by zoom video webinars (1:1 training is available upon request). Class size is limited to 10 students.  The RN will receive a certificate upon completion.
